ABOUT VIDEO INVITES & CARDS

- Choose any available template in our shop, or request a special custom order if you need some specific theme or style.
- Provided to you in digital format (.MOV) that will be fully customized with your information and/or photos.
- No physical item will be shipped to you.
- You are free to send this file by e-mail, WhatsApp, social media, iMessage and text message (except some android devices).

TURNAROUND TIME
​
- Regular Turnaround Time for available templates is 48 hours or less (except weekends).
​
- Turnaround time for special custom orders depends on the complexity of the animation and waiting list order.

2- Email us here or at hello@cheersinvites.com with your order details or leave them in «Notes to Seller» Section during Checkout. Please include your personal information and a high res photo in case your design requires it.

CHANGES AND EDITIONS
​
- Only wording, photos, and music will be customized (except for some special wedding templates that also includes characters and/or maps).
​
- Changes in colors or elements can be done purchasing an extra-edition (email us with your request to receive the right listing/link
to order).
I'm Laura Bella, a designer from Argentina, and currently living
in Vienna, Austria. My purpose is to reflect the celebration and all of life's most memorable moments behind each card or invitation.

Cheers means to toast... it's a party, it's a celebration.
Cheers are invitations that move.

- All our videos are delivered with our logo and/or website at the end (except for special/business orders).

AFTER YOU ORDER
- After you have sent your information
a proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
- Only ONE ROUND of revisions is included in your order, so please review everything carefully.
- If you have additional revisions after your free round, you will have to purchase the add on for an additional round of revisions.
PLEASE NOTE

- Due to different monitor calibrations, output colors may vary.
- Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of digital file due to the nature
of the product.
​
- We recommend to share the videos through iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, E-mail, Facebook Messenger or IG Messenger. Text Messages work fine except for some android devices (that can not compress the file, and play videos in
low res.)

- You are paying for a creative service
and time spent designing and personalising your item.
- This is permitted for PERSONAL USE only and is not to be resold for any reason.
- I do not sell or claim ownership over the character clipart or graphics, they belong to their respective copyright holders.
